RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 5 days to return or exchange an item in its original condition from the date item(s) are delivered, unused & unopened. Please read the full product descriptions prior to ordering. The refund will not be processed until we receive the return product.  We will refund the cost of the item but will not refund costs for you sending it back to us, unless the item is damaged.  If any item is received damaged it will have to meet certain criteria.  Please see that section below. Also, returning a product due to change of mind or not getting desired results from failing to follow the specific product instructions will not qualify for reimbursement, nor costs for shipping item back. 

Please double check your shipping address prior to checkout. Replacement products or refunds will not be given if the Client provides an incorrect shipping address. 

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original order back.  Client is responsible for shipping charges on the return of the original product and the shipping on the replacement. Due to sanitary purposes tanning applicators are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an order that is damaged during shipping you must notify us immediately no more than 12 hours of receipt. You will need to take a picture of damage including the box and email it to [email protected] and we will provide you with further instructions.
