SHIPPING 

Please allow up to 2/3 days in house processing on all orders Monday - Friday.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail or Best Rate and does not require a signature.  SHIPPING is Calculated and INVOICED after the Payment for Products.  Shipping US clients are responsible for shipping unless otherwise disclosed on the special, which is then enclosed in information on that item.  International clients are responsible for shipping charges and/all import, custom fees in their country. Once your order ships you will receive a email conformation with tracking information. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit offered to you from Sunless Skin Solutions only as an estimate and we will provide tracking.  All international orders will be shipped out with in 3 business days of receipt of payment, granted in-stock items.  Understand there maybe delays due to COVID procedures being in place and shipping taking longer than expected..  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to TRACK and Follow up on Orders Shipped.

Products are heat sensitive and you are responsible for providing a shipping address where the package can be received and that someone is able to check mailboxes in case packages are left in there.  Sunless Skin Solutions is not responsible for any shipments that are left outside and exposed to the heat/cold temperatures. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

Due to the nature of the product in warmer weather orders may not be shipped out on Fridays, so that they are not sitting in hot warehouses or trucks.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.  We ENCOURAGE ALL Businesses to order minimum of a MONTHS worth of supply so not to run out.  It is NOT our responsibility to insure your stock, we give parameters to work your business within, however our items are coming from Australia and we service 100’s of clients and wee keep stock here in USA, at times especially during busy seasons we will be out of stock temporarily as we cannot predict how many orders will come in at one time, as we do rough estimates, it still is not accurate daily.  Please know that we receive 3/4 shipments monthly and more in busy season to keep up with supply and demand.  Understand that we want you to have the Freshest Quality of Product, our Solutions/Products are kept in a cooling environment prior to shipping.
